Favorite bar in Salt Lake! The atmosphere is light, airy and modern. Very clean and chic. There is seating both indoors and out. The patio overlooks the Olympic fountains at The Gateway mall. Every time I come in, they greet me with my favorite beer and ask “the usual?” Matt is usually the one who takes care of me. He’s awesome!
Simply put, the drinks here are amazing. I have had nearly every drink they offer and have yet to be disappointed by one. The bartenders are incredible, easily the best in the area. I would challenge you to find a bartender in this state that is as passionate as these folks. (Special shout-out to Broc) The atmosphere is very pleasant. You've got a vinyl tracks in the background, a large communal table inside, and a patio overlooking the plaza at the gateway. Perfect for people watching or even just having a relaxing break after the workday. Check it out.
Fantastic experience all around! Kelley is super kind and professional, the bar is clean, views are great. Most importantly the drinks are AMAZING. You can tell by there specials their mixologists put care and love into recipe crafting and think hard about flavors that compliment and intrigue. So many fun and unique elements. I highly suggest this bar!
This is a cool, casual, intimate little bar. It's a great spot for a chill night and good conversation. Now that the weather is warmer, I love sitting out in the open air near the fires, or out on the balcony overlooking the Gateway. I also love their Maid in Mexico cocktail! Good drinks, bartenders, and atmosphere!
Cozy cocktail bar at the Gateway in SLC, serving high quality craft cocktails. Small space with nice minimalist touches and a lounge-y feel, has both indoor seating and a nice patio. Bartender was skilled at her craft and friendly. Drinks were great; ordered the Scarlet Begonia and a Cosmo, both very tasty.
What an amazing little bar. Just a stones throw from Flankers, my favorite bar & grill in America. Kelley is amazing and so is Ethan and Hannah is wonderful too. I’m sure there are other people and that they are wonderful too. Only complaint is that there was a frozen hamburger outside. (Updated) I went back and talked to the manager, it was a hot n’ spicy mcckicken, not a hamburger. Anyway, they were out of banana pudding when I went. Weird. I don’t think they even have it. Super weird.

Absolutely delicious cocktails both times we've been, and a decent wine selection to boot! The Scarlet Begonia is pictured, tequila ancho and coconut and a float of red wine, real nice kick. They rotate cocktails semi regularly so it's worth coming back, and it's a cool cozy chill little nook to hang out.
